We are not just a HACCP compliant coffee manufacturing plant, but with the assistance of our food safety consulting partner, RefineUS, we have successfully established and implemented the following Standard Operating Procedures:

The USDA has developed and enforces the National Organic Program ("NOP") to provide national standards for organically-produced agricultural products sold in the United States.
The NOP is a public-private partnership: the USDA accredits certifying bodies like the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food (UDAF) to review producers and to enforce the national standards.
The goal is to ensure a level playing-field for producers and to protect consumer confidence in the integrity of the USDA Organic Seal.

Utah's Own is a state of Utah program run and sponsored by the Utah department of Agriculture and Food (UDAF). This is a program is dedicated to promote Utah-grown and Utah-manufactured .
